I have been a real estate agent in Fortaleza, in the state of Ceará, since 1978, when I started selling the Lago Jacarey subdivision, a 53ha urbanized area launched by a condominium of companies including Simbra, Sirac, Gleba and RC Barbosa.

Lake Jacarey is very popular and is undergoing rapid residential and commercial growth, with an increase in population density. For years, the neighborhood was inhabited by residences and condominiums, but today we see the launch of large apartment complexes with large leisure areas. Many of them are built on land measuring 15,000 m².

In the region we also have Parque Del Sol with numerous apartment options, public areas with courts, gardens and areas for cultural events.

We have options for ready-made apartments, houses and land for construction or investment in the region.

During these 46 years I was present in some managements of the Regional Council of Real Estate Agents (CRECI) and in the union of our category.
